1 unique thing about you?

In my free time I enjoy spending time outdoors, running and spending time with family.

Areas of Specialties

I enjoy working with individuals on a variety of different issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, loss, low self esteem, life transitions and trauma. I am available to see children, adolescents, individuals, and couples. I have completed Brainspotting Phase 1 Training. Brainspotting is a powerful, focused treatment method that works by identifying, processing and releasing core neurophysiological sources of emotional or body pain, trauma, dissociation and a variety of other challenging symptoms. I am also trained to offer pre-marital counseling.

What is your personal statement? What do you believe about counseling?

I believe that all of us are on a journey as we navigate life and the challenges it brings. Relationships are a powerful tool God gives us for when we feel stuck, afraid, or alone. I see counseling as an opportunity to walk hand in hand with someone through obstacles, fears, and hurts to work together to find hope, healing, and restoration. I desire to create a relationship in counseling that is built on safety, trust and one that empowers clients to walk down the path of becoming more of who God created them to be. Being able to partner together is a true honor and joy.
